Tube Collector C5

Tube collector C5 is a rotary collector used for production of nanofiber materials with the final shape of hollow tubes. Nanofibers are deposited on the rotating stainless steel tube. The collector tube is coated with a thin layer of Teflon so that the resulting material can be easily removed. The collector tube is anchored by a case with a bayonet thread during the electrospinning process. There are tubes with the diameters ranging from 2 to 7 mm available with the collector. The speed of the tube rotation is 10 – 3000 rpm. The length of the tube can be up to 220mm.
